Thank you for your interest in joining or renewing your membership in the International Adam Smith Society! Membership is open to anyone interested in Smith’s writings and supportive of the scholarly aims of the Society.
Annual membership currently costs $25 and allows the purchase of heavily discounted copies of the Adam Smith Review, entry to IASS sponsored events and sessions, votes in IASS officer elections, and access to members-only news and networking opportunities. The IASS is a non-profit association and uses its revenues wholly in support of its scholarly mission.
We have recently migrated our membership management to an online platform for nonprofits, Member Planet, which allows individuals to manage their own membership and renewals. To join the IASS, please visit our Member Planet site:

Anyone who joined the Society before March 2018 should be able to use their email address to identify themselves on the system and create a Member Planet account for future renewals, as well as to gain access to an opt-in member directory and other members-only information.
